Cute No Slip Hair Clips

 

Here are a few more pictures of a beautiful girl wearing some of the clips that we made. We love the way she is wearing them. It is not the standard way most parents tend to put clips in.

We have been working on clips for a while now and we are happy to say that we have perfected our technique. These clips are made from stylish grosgrain ribbon and they feature a unique no-slip grip that will help them stay put even in the finest of baby hair.

You can pick from our ribbon sheet and we will be more than happy to make them with bows, buttons etc.

They are selling as fast as we can make them. They are $5.00 a pair

We have been making clips for little girls of all ages. They are cute on any age. You can add buttons or bows, or just order them plain. Cute no matter how they wear them! We are always looking for new ribbon, so keep checking back for updated ribbon selections.

Bananarama - Here Come the Monkeys!

We had a great time sewing and stitching these little guys. It's a great feeling knowing that a child somewhere will spend many hours playing with a handmade sock monkey that we made!

No two monkeys are the same. Each one is made with love. We have many boy and girl patterns to choose from.







This is the precious little monkey I made for my daughter. So I am proud to welcome a new member to our home. She loves her monkey...She kisses her, and takes her along everywhere. We tuck her in at night and ensure she gets to eat as well.
Who knew that a monkey would be so loved!

Headbands- The Comfy Kind

I remember as a child loving to wear headbands but having red marks behind my ears from them digging into my head...
This comfy headband will not cause any pain and actually stays put.
The most annoying thing is when you get your headband in the perfect spot and soon it starts to move or ride up the back of your head.
These stay where you want them and are pain free making them perfect for any adult or child.
Headbands are $5.00 each


This little girl is just over three years old and has the longest, most beautiful hair ever.
We put a headband on her and she was 'oh so proud'. She wore it all morning!

First off, an official welcome to our little space on the world wide web (well, one of two, actually - *insert shameful plug for our online shop - playfulpeanut.etsy.com here* :). What this blog will become is a bit to be discvoered, I suppose. And a bit what you help us turn it into to! Over at the shop we'll just talk business, but here it will be much more than that!
